Hoping to leverage the power of the web, I posted my requirements for a brand new desktop PC on a number of websites.
The best responses were from forums.hardwarezone.com.sg. I then proceeded to set-up a spreadsheet on Google Docs so that the forum members could alter and amend each individual hardware component.
